Shipping policy

We want every My Mutt Life order to arrive safely and with clear delivery information. The delivery options and any shipping charge available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

Available delivery destinations depend on the products in your basket and the fulfilment partner supplying them. If checkout accepts your address and offers a delivery option, we can deliver that order to you.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated from the products in your basket, the delivery destination and the order value. The final charge is always shown at checkout. Where checkout displays free shipping, no delivery charge will be added for that delivery option.

Processing and delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate in business days. Orders may require processing before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not normally counted as business days. During busy periods, severe weather, carrier disruption or other events outside our control, delivery may take longer.

Products fulfilled by different partners

Some products are sent directly by specialist supply partners. If your basket contains products fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You will not be charged more than the delivery total shown at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

We will send an order confirmation after checkout. Where tracking is available, we will send tracking information after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

If an order is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier.
