Ordering and delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery options and any charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We highlight free delivery over £25 where that option is available for your basket.

When will my order arrive?

The estimate shown at checkout is in business days and may include processing time. Some products are sent by specialist supply partners, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel.

Will I get tracking?

Where tracking is available, we will email it after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to update once the carrier receives your parcel.

Returns and product help

What if it is not tail-wag worthy?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days. Items should be unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging. See our returns policy for the full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact the pack with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will send the next steps.

Can you help me choose the right product?

Absolutely. Send us the product name, your dog's measurements where relevant, and what you need help with. Dog photos are optional but excellent for team morale.
